MODEL RELEASE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

I hereby assign full copyright of all photos and videos taken by K9 Kampong, together with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part, to K9 Kampong.

I grant to K9 Kampong the permission to use  the above-mentioned photos and videos, either separately or together, either wholly or in part, the perpetual, irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photos and videos of me, my family members and anyone who is present during the session, for editorial trade, product advertising and such other business purpose in any manner and medium.

K9 Kampong may have unrestricted use of these for whatever purpose, including advertising, with any retouching or alteration without restriction. I agree that the above mentioned photos and videos and any reproductions shall be deemed to represent an imaginary person, and further agree that K9 Kampong or any person authorised by K9 Kampong may use the above mentioned photos and videos for any advertising purposes or for the purpose of illustrating any wording.

I undertake not to prosecute or to institute proceedings, claims or demands against either K9 Kampong in respect of any usage of the above mentioned photos and videos. I hereby release K9 Kampong from all claims and liability relating to images, video or photographs taken of me.
